What is “Get alerts”?

In the B2B portal, a size that is out of stock shows a Get alerts switch where the quantity field would be. When a store turns it on, we email them as soon as that size is back at their warehouse (more than 4 pieces), and the alert switches itself off.

Until then the store is waiting, and that is what this block shows: which of the stores you are responsible for asked for which sizes, and since when. A store that asked is a store ready to buy, so a call about an alternative or an arrival date is usually welcome.

How this works

Whose stores. Active stores whose company lists you as responsible person — the same scope as the rest of Customer Activity. The full report covers every store.

Waiting. An alert that is switched on, not emailed yet, and was switched on within the last 100 days. Older alerts are treated as stale — nobody checked whether the item came and went in the meantime — so they are hidden here. They still send their email if stock arrives.

Stock. Checked at the store's own warehouse, the one the alert was tied to when the store switched it on.

Arrived. A waited-for size that is back with 1–4 pieces (under the automatic email threshold, so the store has not been told) or whose back-in-stock email went out in the last 14 days. These feed the banner at the top and the Arrived tab.

Ordered. If the store placed an order with that size after asking (drafts and cancelled orders don't count), it drops out of here and shows as “Ordered” on the customer and order pages.

Counting. One size per store counts once, even if two people from the store asked. “Items” = sizes, “products” = distinct products.

Clicks. Click a product row to see every store, the exact sizes and their phone number. Store chips open the customer page at its waiting list.
